Brunn Construction, a Minnesota builder, was looking for an exciting new website for their remodeling division – Brunn Remodeling.
They were looking for a flexible and effective web design that would showcase their quality work, emphasize their woman centric approach to home building and most importantly would be designed to attract more clients and generate leads.
There are over 6500 plugins available for download at Wordpress.org – so how do you choose which ones are best for your blog? It all depends on the purpose, content and style of your blog. There are shopping cart plugins, gallery plugins, advertisement placement plugins, video plugins, and much more.
I have compiled a short list of the more administrative type plug-ins I use and recommend to my clients. These are the tools that make your blog easier to manage, more search engine friendly. Regardless of the nature of your blog, these plugins are great tools.
Major Wordpress supporters/developers are reporting “attacks” on older versions of self hosted Wordpress blogs.
If you are running an older version of Wordpress, (anything other than version 2.8.4) you should upgrade your installation immediately.
