A Great Tool for Recording Online Audio and Video

Ever want to download or record streaming audio and then convert it to mp3?

The Ask and Record Toolbar is a nifty tool that lets you download, record and convert a audio and video from right within your web browser.  It works with both Firefox and Internet Explorer and is super easy to use.  The sound quality was awesome and I give it two thumbs up. Oh, and did I mention that it is totally FREE?!! Check it out at http://applian.com/asktoolbar/
