Ever want to download or record streaming audio and then convert it to mp3?

The Ask and Record Toolbar is a nifty tool that lets you download, record and convert a audio and video from right within your web browser.  It works with both Firefox and Internet Explorer and is super easy to use.  The sound quality was awesome and I give it two thumbs up.
